Who are we?

Our team draws on a powerful set of skills and expertise, including:

  • over 20 years of experience in K-12 and post-secondary education;

  • over 15 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research;

    • over 10 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, and partnership development with a wide range of actors, including corporations, non-profits, and governmental agencies;

    • over 10 years of experience designing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives in both educational and organizational settings

    • over 8 years of experience with managing programs and operations;

    • over 6 years of expertise in grants administration, including evaluating and managing multi-million dollar grants;

    • over 6 years of experience with policy work, including drafting legislation, lobbying, and testifying.

Numbers, even if impressive, never tell the whole story.

While we work with people of all backgrounds, we are particularly passionate about serving and working with the QTBIPOC and refugee communities from which we come.

We prioritize working with clients with whom we can develop a long-term partnership that is rooted in mutuality.
